I changed my mind about the Famlee Fertility Kit. Can I request a refund?

If you haven’t submitted your lab specimen to the laboratory, you can cancel your Famlee Fertility purchase by emailing customerservice@famlee.com. Famlee charges a restocking fee of $75 for canceled orders that the laboratory hasn’t processed. Any cancellations need to be requested within 90 days of the date of purchase; cancellations after 90 days from receipt of purchase will not be approved. If you’ve already submitted your lab specimen to the laboratory, your order is non-refundable. However, we encourage you to move forward with your personalized telehealth appointment to gain valuable insights that can help improve ovulation, hormone balance, and fertility.
